The overall mood for the digital market in 2021 is expected to be a year to solidify the data-driven advertising base. Then, What are the keywords? what are four new things we should keep an eyes?

AI

2021 is definitely a year to realize AI dominance. It plays a central role in the global business industry of the future and is the driving force behind many services. Microsoft and Uber are patrolling the area using robots to predict and prevent crime, which costs only $7 per hour. Companies that adopt AI are reducing manpower costs and accelerating growth further.


Short Form Video

With the rise of social media, the human attention span has now dropped to 15 seconds. The most destructive Z generation has an average concentration duration less than 16 seconds. According to Gartner, TikTok is the third most installed app in the world during the first quarter of 2019, after WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. With 500 million monthly users, the short-form video app has overtaken Instagram and Snapchat to take the lead.

Most consumers want a faster and more immediate response. With a real-time connection between the representative and the customer, the interactive marketing chatbot can be used in many channels differently from traditional rooms and provides customized data.

As mobile native generation the MZ generation has become a major consumer and personalization is more important than ever. To keep pace with them, analysing real-time date-based segments and providing personalized promotions and customized advertisements to understand customer journeys are key to differentiated personalization marketing.


Digital marketing is now a survival strategy and will lead to innovation non-profit sector, and digital transform of non-profit organisations can lead to more active civic engagement in society.
