Since 2020, marketing has begun to change. Traditional marketing has lost its former glory, but digital marketing has ushered the dawn in the future. Whatever for-profit and non-profit organizations (NPO) is, digital marketing will be the big trend in the future.


The purpose of NPO is not to create economic value, but to create spiritual value. How do NPO bring these spiritual values to the masses through digital marketing?


Three digital marketing trends of NPO.

1. Nonprofit Website

A nonprofit website is a key hub for NPO, meanwhile it can also obviously boost digital marketing for them. Some potential customers use nonprofit website to gain more information about NPO so as making them become be loyal customers. In general, potential customers are more likely to trust the content of the nonprofit website.


2. Social Media

Nowadays, people cannot leave social media. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are the main social media for NPO promotion during COVID-19 period. They can post some information or advertisements through social platforms to attract more donors. Furthermore, video promotion has also been more popular. Many customers prefer to watch video stories, so NPO need to leverage the effects of video to increase their marketing performance. TikTok will be a good choice for NPO.


3. Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a worldwide trend in the future, so NPO need to adapt to this market model. AI can greatly reduce the costs and expenses of NPO, while increasing the efficiency of their work. Chatbots will be "employees" of NPO. They can not only quickly address questions raised by donors, but also handle large amounts of access information. Therefore, AI will be the trend in digital marketing for NPO.


As NPO, adapting quickly to digital marketing trends will help them acquire better development in the future.
